Everybody has those days when things just don’t seem to pan out. Well, for our dear friend Bankman-Fried, this was one of those Fridays when he had to admit, “I made a number of small mistakes”. Ever felt like you need to put that in your resume under ‘special skills’? Well, he beat us to it!

It’s not all doom and gloom though. Having the guts to acknowledge one’s mini missteps is as rare as a unicorn in Wall Street. So let’s give it up for Bankman-Fried, the finance world’s delightful chef – though he occasionally burns the odd financial soufflé, he’s always brave enough to tell the fire department about it.
As for my hot take, isn’t it refreshing to have a financial bigwig who admits his failures rather than sweeping them under the proverbial corporate rug? Now if only they made a reality TV show out of it, ‘Keeping Up With The Bankmans’. I can see it now, 16 seasons of egg scrambling, soufflé burning, and riveting confessionals. Eat your heart out Kardashians!
